Kygo is back with another hit. Earlier this year he had some chart-topping success with Raging ft. Kodaline as an irish rock band meets dance club sound. You might recognize Kygo from several of his 2015 killer-year hits Stole The Show feat. Parson James, Here for You ft. Ella Henderson (my personal fav), or Firestone ft. Conrad Sewell.
Flo Rida is back with a new track called Dirty Mind. He recruits American singer Sam Martin to help out with the track. This is pretty typical Flo Rida, so expect to be hearing this in the clubs for the next little while.
Mash-up extraordinaire duo The White Panda are back with their sixth (!) album titled The Pawprint. Once again, they do mash-ups that you never thought were possible and make them sound awesome (Backstreet Boys and TuPac? Rihanna and Kongos? lol and so many other super cool blends). Felix Jaehn has found his 2nd major hit in Ain’t Nobody featuring Jasmine Thompson. His first hit was last year when he released OMI – Cheerleader (Felix Jaehn Remix). There’s a couple remixes of Ain’t Nobody taking off too; The Rooftop Boys Remix and the Gunes Ergun Remix. The Rooftop Boys remix being the more popular of the two, which isn’t really a surprise seeing as they’ve done successful remixes for Kanye West, Nick Jonas and Coldplay, but if I’m honest I like the Gunes Ergun remix better. Ain’t Nobody is actually a remake of the the 1983 classic Aint Nobody by Chaka Khan, it’s kind of interesting to hear the difference from Felix Jaehn’s version.

We first posted about Price Fox when he released his Sam Smith – Stay With Me remix last August. This time he’s teamed up with Hotel Garuda and some cool vocals to cover Kanye West’s All Of The Lights single. Hotel Garuda worked with Prince Fox on this one to celebrate Hotel Garuda’s 1 year together. You can download the song for free on click.dj.
Jaymes Young got his start with the EP of his first single Dark Star, over a year ago. It was a selection of “bedroom-produced, darkly downbeat, sparse confessionals”. You can hear the original Dark Star on SoundCloud. In February an official music video came out. If you’re digging the sound, check out Jaymes Young’s lead single off his new EP titled Habits of My Heart.

Galantis’ weird cat/jellyfish hybrid (also known as ‘Seafox’) is back for the first single off their upcoming album (no release date yet). The track is set to be released October 5th on Big Beat Records. Their single You has over a million listens on soundcloud and their released a music video for it on youtube. You can check out Galantis’s self-titled EP on iTunes (each song on it had its own personalized Seafox).

I found this song during all the excitement of Canada winning back to back Women’s and then Men’s Hockey gold medal games in this year’s Winter Olympics, so it only seems appropriate I had this song on repeat.
